Arc Emerging Markets Plan Brazil & China

The Arc Emerging Markets – Brazil & China Plan is a 5 year 3 week Plan offering investors the opportunity to receive a 16% return for each year the Plan runs. The Plan only requires the IShares MSCI Brazil Index Fund ETF & Hang Seng China Enterprise Index to be at or above their initial levels on any anniversary to “trigger” early maturity. If this happens the Plan will make a growth payment of 16% for each year the Plan has been held, together with a full return of the original capital invested. For example, if early maturity is triggered on the first anniversary the investment gain will be 16%; or 32% on the second and so on up to 80% at the end of year five. If no growth payment is triggered, original capital is still secure provided both of the underlyings are not more than 50% below their initial levels.   This Plan is available until 18 September 2009 (ISA Transfers to 7 September 2009).
