07/03/07 Name changed to Arc Capital and Income plc

On 2 March 2007, following the acquisition by Arc Fund Management Holdings plc, the company has been renamed Arc Capital and Income plc. It is anticipated that the first product under the new brand name will be issued shortly. The new email addresses are xxx@arccapital.co.uk, although the old email addresses will continue to work. Address and telephone numbers remain unchanged.

21/02/07 Nvesta plc acquired

On 21 February 2007 Nvesta plc was acquired by AIM listed Arc Fund Management Holdings plc. Click here for the RNS announcement. On the same day the Financial Services Authority reinstated Nvesta's permissions to allow it to market new products. More to follow.
